Dr. Kamran Shemshaki
DMD
Dr. Shemshaki graduated as an honor student from Boston University for his Dental school in 1994. After completing his dental school, he completed an extensive post doctoral training GPR from Lutheran Medical center in Brooklyn New York. He also has a two-year anesthesiology certificate from Mt. Sinai hospital in New York. After completion of his residency on anesthesiology, Dr. Shemshaki and his family moved to Northwest where he has been practicing dentistry and managing two dental offices in Mercer Island and Bellevue, WA.
To excel his education in dental field, Dr. Shemshaki completed a two-year program in orthodontics through Academy of GP Orthodontics and one year program in implant dentistry through American Dental Implantology. When not working in his office, he attends study clubs as well as dental seminars in all aspects of dentistry. He believes experienced dental auxiliaries are a crucial part of the dental team members in every successful dental practice. He has been training multiple new graduate dental assistants in his offices in the past 25 years.
Dr. Rashmi Malhotra
DDS MSD
Dr. Rashmi Malhotra brings over 15 years of experience as a general dental practitioner and oral medicine specialist. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2007 and her Master of Science in Dentistry (MSD) in Oral Medicine in 2017. Dr. Malhotra completed her MSD at the University of Washington and served as a part-time faculty member in the Oral Medicine department at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. She continues to be a full time dentist at Seablue Dental serving the community of Kent and neighborhood areas.
At Core Dental Institute, Dr. Malhotra is dedicated to providing students with comprehensive training in oral medicine, general dentistry, and pediatric care. Her commitment to education and patient care ensures that students receive both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for success in the dental field.
